USAUS Military contracts for FY11

NAVY

Com­pos­ite Engi­neer­ing Inc.*, Sacra­men­to, Calif., is being award­ed a $31,461,842 cost-plus-incen­tive-fee con­tract for the design, devel­op­ment, inte­gra­tion and test of the sub­son­ic aer­i­al tar­get (SSAT). Work will be per­formed in Roseville, Calif. (58 per­cent), Sacra­men­to, Calif. (20 per­cent), Wichi­ta, Kan. (19 per­cent), and Palm­dale, Calif. (3 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Decem­ber 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via elec­tron­ic request for pro­pos­als; three offers were received. The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00019-11-C-0024).

Lock­heed Mar­tin Cor­po­ra­tion, Mar­itime Sys­tems and Sen­sors, Man­as­sas, Va., is being award­ed an $11,310,976 option exer­cise mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-10-C-6266) for the man­u­fac­ture of hard­ware for the Acoustic Rapid Com­mer­cial-Off-The-Shelf Inser­tion (ARCI) Sys­tem Improve­ment and Inte­gra­tion Pro­gram for SSGN 726 and 729, and SSN 781. ARCI is a sonar sys­tem that inte­grates and improves towed array, hull array, sphere array, and oth­er ship sen­sor pro­cess­ing, through rapid inser­tion of com­mer­cial-off-the-shelf based hard­ware and soft­ware. Work will be per­formed in Man­as­sas, Va. (70 per­cent), Clear­wa­ter, Fla. (30 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by April 2014. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Sea Sys­tems Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Booz Allen Hamil­ton Inc., McLean, Va., is being award­ed a $7,839,198 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract (N00421-11-D-0032) to exer­cise an option for tech­ni­cal and engi­neer­ing ser­vices in sup­port of the Spe­cial Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Require­ments Divi­sion of the Naval Air War­fare cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion in sup­port of DoD, Joint Ser­vice and oth­er fed­er­al agen­cies com­mu­ni­ca­tion – elec­tron­ics advanced tech­nol­o­gy. Work will be per­formed in Lex­ing­ton Park, Md. (70 per­cent) and St. Ini­goes, Md. (30 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in May 2011. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

M A Fed­er­al, Inc. — doing busi­ness as iGov.com, McLean, Va., is being award­ed an $12,265,866 firm-fixed-price mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (M67854-10-F-4087) to exer­cise an option for lots two and three con­sist­ing of 60 tac­ti­cal col­lab­o­ra­tive work suites (TCWS). Work will be per­formed at the contractor’s facil­i­ties locat­ed in Tam­pa, Fla. (80 per­cent) and McLean, Va. (20 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed May 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Marine Corps Sys­tems Com­mand, Quan­ti­co, Va., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

AIR FORCE

Lock­heed Mar­tin Cor­po­ra­tion, Lock­heed Mar­tin Aero­nau­tics Com­pa­ny of Mari­et­ta, Ga. was award­ed a $20,585,119 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion will pro­vide inter­im con­tract sup­port for the C‑5 Reli­a­bil­i­ty Enhance­ment and Re-engin­ing Pro­gram. At this time, the entire amount has been oblig­at­ed. ASC/WLSK, Wright-Pat­ter­son Air Force Base, Ohio is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty. (FA8625-09-D-6485 0008) 

Lock­heed Mar­tin Cor­po­ra­tion, Lock­heed Mar­tin Aero­nau­tics Com­pa­ny of Mari­et­ta, Ga. was award­ed a $16,906,275 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion which will exer­cise an option to pur­chase sup­port equip­ment and spares for Iraq, as well as logis­tic sup­port ser­vices for Nor­way. At this time the entire amount has been oblig­at­ed. ASC/WLNNC, Wright-Pat­ter­son Air Force Base, Ohio is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty. (FA8625-06-C-6456)

Pre­ci­sion Tur­bines, Inc. of Boca Raton, Fla. was award­ed a $14,400,000 con­tract which will pro­vide C‑38 con­trac­tor logis­tics sup­port at Andrews Air Force Base, Md. At this time, the entire amount has been oblig­at­ed. OC-ALC/GKSKH, Tin­ker Air Force Base, Okla. is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty. (FA8106-11-C-0002)

The Boe­ing Com­pa­ny of Newark, Ohio was award­ed a $9,862,352 con­tract which will pro­vide Min­ute­man III guid­ance repair align­ment test sets. At this time, the entire amount has been oblig­at­ed. OO-ALC/AFNWC/PKME, Hill Air Force Base, Utah is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty. (F42610-99-D-0006–0054)

Advanced Test­ing Tech­nolo­gies, Inc. of Haup­pauge, N.Y. was award­ed an $8,710,418 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion which will pro­vide engi­neer­ing ser­vices to devel­op test pro­gram sets and sup­ple­ment tech­ni­cal order change pages for the AN/URC-107 Joint Tac­ti­cal Infor­ma­tion Dis­tri­b­u­tion Sys­tem. At this time, the entire amount has been oblig­at­ed. 638 SCMG/PKBA, Rob­bins Air Force Base, Ga. is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty. (FA8539-10-F-0004-PO0004)
