(N44255-12-D-7008) are each being award­ed an indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty mul­ti­ple award con­struc­tion con­tract for con­struc­tion projects locat­ed pri­mar­i­ly with­in the Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand (NAVFAC) North­west area of respon­si­bil­i­ty (AOR). Types of projects include, but are not lim­it­ed to, admin­is­tra­tive and indus­tri­al facil­i­ties, hous­ing ren­o­va­tion, child care cen­ters, lodges, recreation/fitness cen­ters, retail com­plex­es, ware­hous­es, hous­ing offices, com­mu­ni­ty cen­ters, com­mer­cial and insti­tu­tion­al build­ings, man­u­fac­tur­ing and indus­tri­al build­ings and oth­er sim­i­lar facil­i­ties. Pacif­ic Tech Con­struc­tion is being award­ed task order 0001 at $255,918 for R‑16 Replace 20x48 Line Shack with Build­ing at Naval Air Sta­tion, Whid­bey Island, Oak Har­bor, Wash. Work for this task order is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by March 2013. Con­tract funds in the amount of $330,918 are oblig­at­ed on this award and will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. All work on this con­tract will be per­formed pri­mar­i­ly with­in the NAVFAC North­west AOR, which includes: Wash­ing­ton (92 per­cent), Ore­gon (2 per­cent), Alas­ka (2 per­cent), Ida­ho (1 per­cent), Mon­tana (1 per­cent), and Wyoming (1 per­cent). Work may also be per­formed in the remain­der of the Unit­ed States (1 per­cent). The term of the con­tract is not to exceed 36 months, with an expect­ed com­ple­tion date of May 23, 2015. Con­tract funds for the five guar­an­teed min­i­mum task orders, will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Con­tract funds in the amount of $255,918 for task order 0001 expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via the Navy Elec­tron­ic Com­merce Online web­site or the NAVFAC e‑solicitation web­site­with 26 pro­pos­als received. These six con­trac­tors may com­pete for task orders under the terms and con­di­tions of the award­ed con­tract. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, North­west, Sil­verdale, Wash., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

M7 Aero­space, L.L.C., San Anto­nio, Texas, is being award­ed an $11,677,286 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed indef­i­nite-deliv­ery require­ments con­tract (N00019-11-D-0002) to exer­cise an option for logis­tics sup­port for 12 Navy/Marine Corps UC-35 air­craft and sev­en Navy C‑26 air­craft locat­ed at nine glob­al loca­tions. Ser­vices to be pro­vid­ed include orga­ni­za­tion­al and depot-lev­el main­te­nance, parts, sup­port equip­ment main­te­nance, and engi­neer­ing sup­port. No fund­ing will be oblig­at­ed at time of award. Work will be per­formed at the Pacif­ic Mis­sile Range Facil­i­ty, Bark­ing Sands, Hawaii (14 per­cent); Marine Corp Air Sta­tion (MCAS), Futen­ma, Japan (13 per­cent); Andrews Air Force Base, Md. (11 per­cent); Fleet Marine Reserve Detach­ment, Belle Chase, La. (10 per­cent); Naval Air Sta­tion Sigonel­la, Italy (10 per­cent); Naval Sup­port Activ­i­ty, Naples, Italy (10 per­cent); San Anto­nio, Texas (9 per­cent); MCAS Mira­mar, Calif. (8 per­cent); MCAS Cher­ry Point, N.C. (8 per­cent); and Al Udeid, Qatar (7 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by May 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

AIR FORCE

Uni­ver­sal Tech­ni­cal Resource Ser­vices, Cher­ry Hill, N.J., is being award­ed a $16,690,562 firm-fixed-price with cost reim­bursable con­tract­ing line item num­bers to sup­port Inte­grat­ed Safe­ty Infor­ma­tion Sys­tems devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion process­es, includ­ing mil­i­tary flight oper­a­tions qual­i­ty assur­ance and Avi­a­tion Safe­ty Action Pro­gram analy­sis capa­bil­i­ties. The loca­tion of the per­for­mance is Kirt­land Air Force Base, N.M. Work is to be com­plet­ed by May 31, 2017. AFNWC/PKOC, Albu­querque, N.M., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA9401-12-C-0009).

Zeecor, Ocean­side, Calif., is being award­ed a $15,553,430 firm-fixed-price and time-and-mate­ri­als con­tract to acquire fold­ing fiber­glass mat rapid run­way repair kits, includ­ing all the nec­es­sary sup­port hard­ware kits. The loca­tion of the per­for­mance is Ocean­side, Calif. Work is to be com­plet­ed by Dec. 31, 2014. ASC/PKT, Wright-Pat­ter­son Air Force Base, Ohio, is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8630-12-C-5045).
