SIDI Exhibition 2012: Bringing New Technologies, Creating Industries & Procuring Investors to the Kingdom

The CWC Group is pleased to announce the Sau­di Inno­va­tion, Diver­si­fi­ca­tion & Invest­ment (SIDI) 2012 Exhi­bi­tion will take place along­side the Forum at The Al Faisali­ah Hotel, Riyadh, Sau­di Ara­bia on 25–28 March 2012.

The three day Exhi­bi­tion will pro­vide a launch pad where inter­na­tion­al com­pa­nies can show­case the present, the new and the future tech­nolo­gies avail­able to the King­dom in order to help devel­op local con­tent with a focus on ‘indus­try led job cre­ation’, the role of the pri­vate sec­tor and the incen­tives and oppor­tu­ni­ties being imple­ment­ed by the Gov­ern­ment and stakeholders.

Com­pa­nies will be pro­vid­ing live demon­stra­tions with the aim of intro­duc­ing and edu­cat­ing local Saud­is on how these prod­ucts & tech­nolo­gies will aid in cre­at­ing local val­ue and max­imis­ing ben­e­fits for Saudi’s.

There will be also be a num­ber of new com­pa­nies pro­vid­ing tech­nolo­gies to many Sau­di sec­tors look­ing for part­ner­ships to help move tech­nolo­gies into the King­dom ensur­ing job cre­ation and encour­ag­ing Gov­ern­ment and youth involve­ment. By sup­port­ing the event will allow you to under­stand the projects under­way like the Lead­er­ship 101 pro­gramme ini­ti­at­ed by Sau­di Aram­co in cre­at­ing lead­ers, com­pa­nies and indus­tries of tomor­row, fur­ther con­sol­i­dat­ing knowl­edge and tech­nol­o­gy transfer. 

The ben­e­fits of exhibit­ing and attend­ing are huge at this high­ly pres­ti­gious event, which will attract VIP’s, del­e­gates and vis­i­tors allow­ing you to net­work with all of the major play­ers in the Tech­nol­o­gy, Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal, Health­care, Biotech­nol­o­gy, Indus­tri­al, Oil & Gas, Petro­chem­i­cal, Engi­neer­ing, Solar & Con­struc­tion indus­tries amongst many others. 

SIDI will focus on indus­tri­al led devel­op­ment and local con­tent strate­gies that will add real com­mer­cial val­ue to the pri­vate sec­tor and that will diver­si­fy the eco­nom­ic out­look of the King­dom. SIDI looks at how local­i­sa­tion strate­gies direct­ly impact on tech­nol­o­gy trans­fer and the devel­op­ment of tal­ent and leadership.
