     Raytheon Inte­grat­ed Defense Sys­tems, Sud­bury, Mass., is being award­ed a $42,913,894 cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price con­tract for the Sur­veil­lance Radar Pro­gram is a For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales Pro­gram man­aged by the Elec­tron­ic Sys­tems Cen­ter to pro­vide Tai­wan with the ele­ments of a mis­sile and air defense capability.Specifically, this sys­tem includes a UHF phased array radar inte­grat­ed with Tai­wan-fur­nished Iden­ti­fi­ca­tion Friend-or-Foe bea­cons; two Mis­sile Warn­ing Cen­ters; and com­mu­ni­ca­tions and inter­face archi­tec­ture and pro­to­col to spec­i­fied Tai­wan mis­sion ele­ments via the Tai­wan mil­i­tary com­mu­ni­ca­tions infra­struc­ture, con­sis­tent with USG restric­tions. The loca­tion of the per­for­mance is Sud­bury, Mass., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Nov. 9, 2012. ESC/HSIK, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8722-05-C-0001 P00062).

     Gen­er­al Atom­ics Aero­nau­ti­cal Sys­tems, Poway, Calif., is being award­ed a $9,381,403 firm-fixed-price con­tract for the deliv­ery order for sev­en Fixed Ground Con­trol Sta­tions. The loca­tion of the per­for­mance is Poway, Calif., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Dec. 31, 2012. ESC/HIBK, Wright-Pat­ter­son Air Force Base, Ohio, is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8771-C-110001-P00010).

     Unit­ed Tech­nolo­gies Corp., East Hart­ford, Conn., is being award­ed a $8,553,755 firm-fixed-price con­tract for Mate­r­i­al Man­age­ment Pro­gram for the F100 engine in sup­port of the Roy­al Jor­dan­ian Air Force. The loca­tions of the per­for­mance are Pratt & Whit­ney Mil­i­tary Engines, East Hart­ford, Conn.; Pratt & Whit­ney Mil­i­tary After­mar­ket Ser­vices, San Anto­nio, Texas; and Pratt & Whit­ney Eagle Sup­ply, Okla­homa City, Okla. The per­for­mance is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Dec. 2, 2019. This was a sole-source acqui­si­tion. There­fore, one pro­pos­al was received. OC-ALC/GKGK, Tin­ker Air Force Base, Okla., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8124-12-D-0001).

NAVY

     Northrop Grum­man Corp., Elec­tron­ic Sys­tems, Linthicum Heights, Md., is being award­ed a $32,329,491 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (M67854-07-C-2072) for the con­tin­u­a­tion of the Ground/Air Task Ori­ent­ed Radar Incre­ment I effort to sup­port the changes made to the risk reduc­tion change order. Work will be per­formed in Linthicum Heights, Md. (95 per­cent), and Syra­cuse, N.Y. (5 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Dec. 31, 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured, as the con­tract effort is with­in the scope of the cur­rent con­tract and is entered into pur­suant to the changes clause. The Marine Corps Sys­tems Com­mand, Quan­ti­co, Va., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty.
         TCOM, L.P., Colum­bia, Md., is being award­ed a $10,414,828 firm-fixed-price con­tract for the con­trac­tor engi­neer­ing tech­ni­cal sup­port (CETS) ser­vices in sup­port of Kuwait Low Alti­tude Sur­veil­lance Sys­tem (KLASS) Pro­gram for the gov­ern­ment of Kuwait under the For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales Pro­gram. The CETS per­son­nel per­form oper­a­tion and main­te­nance of the KLASS aero­stat, which is a mis­sion essen­tial asset for this sen­si­tive region of the world. Work will be per­formed in Kuwait (90 per­cent); Colum­bia, Md. (five per­cent); and Eliz­a­beth City, N.C. (five per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Decem­ber 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year.This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured, due to sole-source direc­tion by inter­na­tion­al agree­ment. The Marine Corps Sys­tems Com­mand, Quan­ti­co, Va., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (M67854-12-C-2404).
