Pocal Indus­tries, Inc., Scran­ton, Pa. (W52P1J-12-D-0028); Day & Zim­mer­man Lone Star, L.L.C., Cam­den, Ark. (W52P1J-12-D-0029); and Amer­i­can Ord­nance, L.L.C., Mid­dle­town, Iowa (W52P1J-12-D-0030), were award­ed a $128,900,000 firm-fixed-price mul­ti­ple-award-task-order con­tract between three con­trac­tors. The award will pro­vide for the pro­cure­ment of 60mm and 81mm load assem­ble pack igni­tion car­tridges and com­plete inert igni­tion car­tridges. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly award­ed. BAE Sys­tems Tech­nol­o­gy Solu­tions & Ser­vices, Inc., Rockville, Md., is being award­ed a $35,932,485 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract (N00421-09-C-0102) to exer­cise an option for engi­neer­ing and tech­ni­cal ser­vices and sup­plies for the design, devel­op­ment, inte­gra­tion, test and eval­u­a­tion, main­te­nance and logis­tics sup­port of com­mu­ni­ca­tion-elec­tron­ic plat­form, equip­ment, sys­tems and sub­sys­tems in sup­port of the Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Division’s Spe­cial Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Require­ments Divi­sion. JF Tay­lor, Inc.*, Lex­ing­ton Park, Md., is being award­ed a $26,415,163 firm-fixed-price con­tract for the upgrade of two MH-60R and two MH-60S avion­ics main­te­nance train­ers; three MH-60R weapons load train­ers; and two MH-60S mis­sion con­fig­u­ra­tion trainer/weapons load train­ers. Work will be per­formed in Lex­ing­ton Park, Md. (53 per­cent); Tam­pa, Fla. (15.4 per­cent); Ster­ling, Va. (13.8 per­cent); Nor­folk, Va. (8.5 per­cent); San Diego, Calif. (5.9 per­cent); and Jack­sonville, Fla. (3.4 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Decem­ber 2015. Con­tract funds in the amount of $5,126,583 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via an elec­tron­ic request for pro­pos­als as a 100-per­cent small busi­ness set-aside; two offers were received. AIR FORCE

The Boe­ing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being award­ed a $9,353,862 firm-fixed-price con­tract to pro­cure focused lethal­i­ty muni­tions Small Diam­e­ter Bomb I vari­ant.
