USAUS Military contracts for FY11

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Petro­max, L.L.C.*, Bay City, Texas, was award­ed a fixed-price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract with a max­i­mum $156,767,615 for fuel. Oth­er loca­tion of per­for­mance is in Pasade­na, Texas. Using ser­vice is Defense Logis­tics Agency Ener­gy. There were five solic­i­ta­tions with three respons­es. Type of appro­pri­a­tion is fis­cal 2012 Defense Work­ing Cap­i­tal Funds. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is March 1, 2012. ARMY

New Mex­i­co Tech­nol­o­gy Group, L.L.C., El Paso, Texas, was award­ed an $85,000,000 con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the mod­i­fi­ca­tion of an exist­ing con­tract to sup­port White Sands Mis­sile Range, N.M. Work will be per­formed in White Sands Mis­sile Range, N.M., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Nov. 30, 2012. One bid was solicit­ed, with one bid received. The Mis­sion Instal­la­tion Con­tract­ing Cen­ter, White Sands Mis­sile Range, N.M., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (W9124Q-07-C-0504).

BPSI-MPSC, L.L.C., Sev­er­na Park, Md., was award­ed a $50,000,000 firm-fixed-price and cost-reim­bursable con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the gen­er­al admin­is­tra­tive sup­port ser­vices to the Nation­al Guard. Work loca­tion will be deter­mined with each task order, with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Aug. 10, 2013. One bid was solicit­ed, with one bid received. Lock­heed Mar­tin Corp., Orlan­do, Fla., was award­ed a $45,819,571 firm-fixed-price con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the logis­ti­cal ser­vices in sup­port of the AH-64 Apache Mod­ern­ized and Lega­cy Tar­get Acqui­si­tion Des­ig­na­tion Sight Assem­bly and Pilot Night Vision Sen­sor Assem­bly Sys­tem. Work will be per­formed in Orlan­do, Fla., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Dec. 31, 2012. One bid was solicit­ed, with one bid received. Gen­er­al Dynam­ics Land Sys­tems, Ster­ling Heights, Mich., was award­ed a $38,377,452 firm-fixed-price con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the pro­cure­ment of 125 M1A1 tank hard­ware kits in sup­port of For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales. Work will be per­formed in Lima, Ohio, and Annis­ton, Ala., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Jan. 31, 2016.One bid was solicit­ed, with one bid received. The U.S. Army Con­tract­ing Com­mand, War­ren, Mich., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (W56HZV-12-C-0060).

Lock­heed Mar­tin Corp., Grand Prairie, Texas, was award­ed a $25,478,064 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the mod­i­fi­ca­tion of an exist­ing con­tract to sup­port PAC‑3 pro­duc­tion require­ment for 11 launch­er mod kits.Work will be per­formed in Grand Prairie, Texas; Cam­den, Ark.; Lufkin, Texas; Chelms­ford, Mass.; and Ocala, Fla., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Dec. 31, 2013. Swan­berg Con­struc­tion, Inc., Val­ley City, N.D., was award­ed a $15,790,654 firm-fixed-price con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the con­struc­tion ser­vices in sup­port of the Dev­ils Lake Flood Risk Man­age­ment Project. Work will be per­formed in Dev­ils Lake City, N.D., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Nov. 30, 2012. The bid was solicit­ed through the Inter­net, with three bids received. David­son Con­struc­tion, Inc., New­fold­en, Minn., was award­ed a $12,779,644 firm-fixed-price con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the con­struc­tion ser­vices in sup­port of the Roseau Flood Risk Man­age­ment Project. Work will be per­formed in Roseau, Minn., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Dec. 31, 2013. The bid was solicit­ed through the Inter­net, with sev­en bids received. Bell Heli­copter Tex­tron, Inc., Hurst, Texas, was award­ed a $10,537,813 firm-fixed-price con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the pro­cure­ment of one stan­dard com­mer­cial­ly con­fig­ured Bell 412 enhanced per­for­mance heli­copter with option­al equip­ment require­ments and com­ple­men­tary pilot and main­tain­er train­ing. Work will be per­formed in Hurst, Texas; Que­bec, Cana­da; and Piney Flats, Tenn., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Sept. 30, 2012. One bid was solicit­ed, with one bid received. Fre­quen­tis Defense, Inc., Colum­bia, Md., was award­ed a $9,100,000 firm-fixed-price con­tract. The award will pro­vide for the pro­cure­ment of voice com­mu­ni­ca­tions sys­tems and instal­la­tion and train­ing ser­vices for Colum­bia. Work will be per­formed in Colum­bia, Md., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Feb. 1, 2013. The bid was solicit­ed through the Inter­net, with one bid received. The U.S. Army Con­tract­ing Com­mand, Aberdeen Prov­ing Ground, Md., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (W15P7T-12-C-H647).

NAVY

URS Fed­er­al Tech­ni­cal Ser­vices, Ger­man­town, Md., is being award­ed a $7,575,930 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-11-C-6282) to exer­cise options for pro­fes­sion­al sup­port ser­vices to Team Sub­ma­rine in sup­port of towed array sys­tems, asso­ci­at­ed com­po­nent sys­tems, and hull sen­sor sys­tems. Work will be per­formed in Wash­ing­ton, D.C., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by June 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $1,127,569 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Sea Sys­tems Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton Navy Yard, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity.
