DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Coastal Pacif­ic Food Dis­trib­u­tors*, Stock­ton, Calif., is being award­ed a max­i­mum $368,783,360 fixed-price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment indef­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for full line food dis­tri­b­u­tion. There is no oth­er loca­tion of per­for­mance. Using ser­vices are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. The orig­i­nal pro­pos­al was solicit­ed via the Defense Logis­tics Agency Inter­net Bid Board Sys­tem with two respons­es. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Dec. 13, 2012. The Defense Logis­tics Agency Troop Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SPM300-11-D-3434).

NAVY

Bech­tel Plant Machin­ery, Mon­roeville, Pa., is being award­ed a $232,339,356 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-07-C-2100) for naval nuclear propul­sion com­po­nents. Work will be per­formed in Mon­roeville, Pa. (90.2 per­cent), and Sch­enec­tady, N.Y. (9.8 per­cent). Con­tract funds in the amount $3,620,314 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. No com­ple­tion date or addi­tion­al infor­ma­tion is pro­vid­ed on Naval Nuclear Propul­sion Pro­gram con­tracts. The Naval Sea Sys­tems Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

ERAPSCO, Inc., Colum­bia City, Ind., is being award­ed a $33,922,614 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract to pro­vide research and devel­op­ment and pro­duc­tion engi­neer­ing ser­vices in sup­port of ongo­ing sonobuoy tech­ni­cal evo­lu­tion efforts. Work will be per­formed in DeLeon Springs, Fla. (51 per­cent), and Colum­bia City, Ind. (49 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Novem­ber 2015. Con­tract funds in the amount of $244,419 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. The Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00421-11-D-0029).

Rolls-Royce Corp., Indi­anapo­lis, Ind., is being award­ed a $26,800,456 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price con­tract (N00019-07-C-0060) to exer­cise an option for the pro­cure­ment of 12 AE1107C CV-22 spare engines. Work will be per­formed in Indi­anapo­lis, Ind., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Decem­ber 2011. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Northrop Grum­man Ship­build­ing, Inc., Pascagoula, Miss., is being award­ed a $26,103,188 cost-plus-fixed fee mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-06-C-2304) to exer­cise an option for fis­cal 2011 class ser­vices in sup­port of the DDG 1000 Zumwalt class destroy­er. Ser­vices includ­ed prod­uct fab­ri­ca­tion, deliv­ery, engi­neer­ing, and engi­neer­ing sup­port to inte­grat­ed pow­er sys­tem oper­a­tions and land-based test site; sup­port for radar cross sec­tion and oth­er select­ed ship sig­na­tures; and inte­grat­ed logis­tics sup­port. Work will be per­formed in Pascagoula, Miss. (95 per­cent), and Gulf­port, Miss. (5 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Octo­ber 2011. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Sea Sys­tems Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Cana­di­an Com­mer­cial Corp., Gen­er­al Dynam­ics Land Sys­tems — Cana­da, Ontario, Cana­da, is being award­ed a $ 21,196,033 firm-fixed-priced mod­i­fi­ca­tion under pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (M67854-07-D-5028) for the pro­cure­ment of 485 block upgrade kits for each of the fol­low­ing items: fire resis­tant self seal­ing fuel tank and relo­ca­tion kit; dri­ver con­trolled rear door kit; increased crew ven­ti­la­tion kit; and exte­ri­or door hand­hold kit. In addi­tion, 691 block upgrade kits for Sky­dex floor­ing will also be pur­chased. Place of per­for­mance is to be deter­mined. Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Octo­ber 2011. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Marine Corps Sys­tems Com­mand, Quan­ti­co, Va., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Burns and Roe Ser­vices Corp., Vir­ginia Beach, Va., is being award­ed a max­i­mum $12,223,344 indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for facil­i­ty sup­port ser­vices — ready mix con­crete man­u­fac­tur­ing at Naval Sta­tion Guan­tanamo Bay. The work to be per­formed pro­vides for all labor, man­age­ment, super­vi­sion, tools, mate­r­i­al, equip­ment, engi­neer­ing and trans­porta­tion nec­es­sary to pro­duce and deliv­er mixed con­crete, coarse and fine aggre­gates and pro­vide con­crete mate­ri­als test­ing ser­vices to spe­cif­ic sites as required. No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be per­formed in Guan­tanamo Bay, Cuba, and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Novem­ber 2015. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via the Navy Elec­tron­ic Com­merce Online web­site with two pro­pos­als received. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, South­east, Jack­sonville, Fla., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N69450-11-D-1264).

FN Man­u­fac­tur­ing, Colum­bia, S.C., is being award­ed an $11,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for the MK46 MOD1 light­weight machine gun and MK48 MOD1 light­weight machine gun, along with spare and repair parts in sup­port of the U.S. Spe­cial Oper­a­tions Com­mand. Work will be per­formed in Colum­bia, S.C., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Novem­ber 2015. Con­tract funds in the amount of $25,000 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. Naval Sur­face War­fare Cen­ter, Crane Divi­sion, Crane, Ind., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00164-11-D-JN65).

SBC Glob­al Ser­vices, Inc., Hon­olu­lu, Hawaii, is being award­ed a $7,165,158 firm-fixed-price con­tract to pro­vide con­sol­i­dat­ed telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions ser­vices to Naval Sur­face War­fare Cen­ter, Port Huen­eme. Work will be per­formed in Port Huen­eme, Calif., and is expect­ed to be com­plete by Novem­ber 2015. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via Navy Elec­tron­ic Com­merce Online, with one offer received. The Port Huen­eme Divi­sion, Naval Sur­face War­fare Cen­ter, Port Huen­eme, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N63394-11-C-1206).

The Boe­ing Co., St Louis, Mo., is being award­ed a $6,742,025 firm-fixed-price deliv­ery order against a pre­vi­ous­ly issued basic order­ing agree­ment (N68335-10-G-0012) for oper­a­tional lev­el pecu­liar sup­port equip­ment in sup­port of emerg­ing EA-18G air­craft squadron stand-ups. Work will be per­formed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Novem­ber 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $6,742,025 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion, Lake­hurst, N.J. is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Arri­ba Corp.*, Nor­folk, Va., is being award­ed $6,733,821 for firm-fixed-price task order #0002 under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed mul­ti­ple award con­struc­tion con­tract (N40080-10-D-0495) for relo­ca­tion of the Pro­gram Exec­u­tive Office — Enter­prise Infor­ma­tion Sys­tems to Build­ing 220 at the Wash­ing­ton Navy Yard. The work to be per­formed pro­vides for ren­o­va­tion of select spaces on the first floor, mez­za­nine, and sec­ond floor of Build­ing 220 to accom­mo­date a new ten­ant on the first floor. The project also con­sists of repairs to the exist­ing roof. The task order also con­tains one unex­er­cised option which, if exer­cised, would increase cumu­la­tive task order val­ue to $8,775,861. Work will be per­formed in Wash­ing­ton, D.C., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by August 2011. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Five pro­pos­als were received for this task order. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Allen & Shar­iff Corp.*, Colum­bia, Md., is being award­ed $6,677,979 for firm-fixed-price task order #0004 under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed mul­ti­ple award con­struc­tion con­tract (N40080-10-D-0496) for the ren­o­va­tion of Build­ing 183 for the A‑12 lit­i­ga­tion team at the Wash­ing­ton Navy Yard. The work to be per­formed pro­vides for ren­o­va­tion and asso­ci­at­ed site improve­ments in order to accom­mo­date a new ten­ant. The build­ing cur­rent­ly hous­es three groups of peo­ple, all of whom will be relo­cat­ed pri­or to con­struc­tion. Secured facil­i­ty will be built to accom­mo­date the A‑12 Lit­i­ga­tion Team. The A‑12 Trail Team will be the sole occu­pant of Build­ing 183, occu­py­ing all four floors. The task order also con­tains one unex­er­cised option which, if exer­cised, would increase cumu­la­tive task order val­ue to $7,208,934. Work will be per­formed in Wash­ing­ton, D.C., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by August 2011. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Five pro­pos­als were received for this task order. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity.
