Lock­heed Mar­tin Corp., Lock­heed Mar­tin Space Sys­tems Co., Sun­ny­vale, Calif., is being award­ed mod­i­fi­ca­tion P00001 under pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost-plus-incen­tive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, fixed-price-incen­tive con­tract (N00030-12-C-0100) which is a com­bined defin­i­tized deployed sys­tems sup­port (DSS) con­tract and an unde­fin­i­tized con­tract action award for TRIDENT II (D5) pro­duc­tion. The defin­i­tized con­tract for DSS is award­ed in the amount of $427,379,969, and the unde­fin­i­tized con­tract action is award­ed in the amount not to exceed $772,203,549. DSS require­ments include: engi­neer­ing and oper­a­tional sup­port ser­vices; field pro­cess­ing; train­ing mate­r­i­al devel­op­ment, train­er design and oper­a­tional sup­port; spares and inte­grat­ed logis­tics sup­port; flight test analy­sis and range sup­port; safe­ty assur­ance includ­ing Nuclear Weapon Secu­ri­ty; mis­sile and sup­port equip­ment repair; and devel­op­ment, pro­duc­tion and instal­la­tion of spe­cial projects alterations/POLARIS Mis­sile Facil­i­ty alter­ation documents/support equip­ment require­ments. D5 pro­duc­tion require­ments include the fol­low­ing deliv­er­able to Strate­gic Sys­tems Pro­grams: mis­sile body, re-entry body, D5 instru­men­ta­tion sys­tems and sup­port equip­ment pro­duc­tion (D5 only); D5 pro­duc­tion con­ti­nu­ity hard­ware (D5 only); pro­cure­ment of com­po­nents and requal­i­fi­ca­tion activ­i­ties in sup­port of D5 life exten­sion require­ments; crit­i­cal com­po­nents in sup­port of D5 life exten­sion require­ments; and alter­nate release assem­bly pro­duc­tion. Work will be per­formed in Sun­ny­vale, Calif. (65.92 per­cent); Cape Canaver­al, Fla. (10.33 per­cent); St. Mary’s, Ga. (7.18 per­cent); Ban­gor, Sil­verdale, Wash. (7.15 per­cent); Brigham City, Utah (2.20 per­cent); Tor­rance, Calif. (1.01 per­cent); Pitts­field, Mass. (0.76 per­cent); Pouls­bo, Wash. (0.75 per­cent); Clear­wa­ter, Fla. (0.26 per­cent); San Jose, Calif. (0.24 per­cent); Elk­ton, Md. (0.10 per­cent); Chan­dler, Ariz. (0.08 per­cent); East Auro­ra, N.Y. (0.07 per­cent); Gainesville, Va. (0.07 per­cent); Lan­cast­er, Pa. (0.06 per­cent); Rock­ford, Ill. (0.02 per­cent); and var­i­ous oth­er loca­tions (3.79 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed April 30, 2017. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. Con­tract funds in the amount of $321,407,969 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Strate­gic Sys­tems Pro­grams, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Com­mu­ni­ca­tion & Pow­er Indus­tries, Microwave Pow­er Prod­ucts Divi­sion, Palo Alto, Calif., is being award­ed a max­i­mum $33,052,761 firm-fixed-price require­ment con­tract to repair approx­i­mate­ly 265 sim­pli­fied dri­ve elec­tron tubes over a five-year peri­od for the AN-SPY‑1 radar pro­gram with­in the AEGIS sys­tem. Work will be per­formed in Palo Alto, Calif., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Dec. 16, 2016. Con­tract funds will not expire before the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. The NAVSUP Weapon Sys­tems Sup­port, Mechan­ics­burg, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00104-12-D-D001).

EMCOR Gov­ern­ment Ser­vices, Arling­ton, Va., is being award­ed a $26,120,085 mod­i­fi­ca­tion under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract (N40080-07-D-0374) to exer­cise award option one for Nation­al Capi­tol Region base oper­at­ing sup­port ser­vices at var­i­ous loca­tions with­in Naval Dis­trict Wash­ing­ton. Ser­vices include, but not lim­it­ed to, repair and main­te­nance of prop­er­ty, facil­i­ties, and assets. The total con­tract amount after exer­cise of this option will be $132,696,118. Work will be per­formed at the Wash­ing­ton Navy Yard, Wash­ing­ton, D.C.; Naval Research Lab­o­ra­to­ry, Ana­cos­tia, Wash­ing­ton, D.C.; Marine Corps Base, Quan­ti­co, Va.; Naval Sta­tion Ana­cos­tia, Wash­ing­ton, D.C.; U.S. Marine Corps Bar­racks, Wash­ing­ton, D.C.; Bolling Air Force Base, Wash­ing­ton, D.C.; Wash­ing­ton Navy Lodge at Belle­vue Hous­ing, Wash­ing­ton, D.C.; Nation­al Naval Med­ical Cen­ter, Bethes­da, Md.; U.S. Naval Obser­va­to­ry, Wash­ing­ton, D.C.; Defense Infor­ma­tion Sys­tems Agency, Arling­ton, Va.; Carde­rock Divi­sion Naval Sur­face War­fare Cen­ter, West Bethes­da, Md.; Naval Sup­port Facil­i­ty, Dahlgren, Va.; Naval Sup­port Facil­i­ty, Indi­an Head, Md.; and Naval Sup­port Facil­i­ty, Annapo­lis, Md. Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Decem­ber 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $18,979,900 are oblig­at­ed on this award and will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Sier­ra Neva­da Corp., Sparks, Nev., is being award­ed a $20,539,800 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-09-C-6306) for dis­mount­ed Counter Radio-Con­trolled Impro­vised Explo­sive Device Elec­tron­ic War­fare (JCREW) sys­tems and asso­ci­at­ed ancil­lary equip­ment to sup­port the Marine Corps. Dis­mount­ed JCREW sys­tems are elec­tron­ic jam­mers designed to pre­vent the ini­ti­a­tion of radio-con­trolled impro­vised explo­sive devices. This con­tract is for the pro­cure­ment and sup­port of JCREW sys­tems, to be used by forces in each of the mil­i­tary ser­vices of the Cen­tral Com­mand area of respon­si­bil­i­ty. The Navy man­ages the joint CREW pro­gram for the Office of the Sec­re­tary of Defense’s Joint Impro­vised Explo­sive Device Defeat Orga­ni­za­tion. Work will be per­formed in Sparks, Nev. (90 per­cent), and Ran­cho Cor­do­va, Calif. (10 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by July 2012. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the fis­cal year. The Naval Sea Sys­tems Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Neany, Inc.*, Hol­ly­wood, Md., is being award­ed a $12,000,000 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract (N68335-11-C-0261) for train­ing of Per­sis­tent Ground Sur­veil­lance Sys­tem (PGSS) instruc­tors and oper­a­tors in sup­port of PGSS Phase III B. This mod­i­fi­ca­tion will also include logis­tic and deploy­ment sup­port and prop­er­ly qual­i­fied and expe­ri­enced PGSS oper­a­tors at loca­tions out­side the Unit­ed States. Work will be per­formed in var­i­ous for­ward deployed oper­at­ing bases locat­ed in Afghanistan (90 per­cent); Hol­ly­wood, Md. (5 per­cent); and Yuma, Ariz. (5 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Jan­u­ary 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $12,000,000 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion, Lake­hurst, N.J., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

AMO Sales and Ser­vices, Inc., San­ta Ana, Calif., was issued a mod­i­fi­ca­tion exer­cis­ing the first option year on con­tract SPM2D1-07-D-8400/P00011. The award is a fixed-price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract with a max­i­mum $33,803,411 for deliv­ery, main­te­nance, spare, and repair parts of med­ical equip­ment. There are no oth­er loca­tions of per­for­mance. Using ser­vices are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and fed­er­al civil­ian agen­cies. There were 21 respons­es to the Web solic­i­ta­tion. Type of appro­pri­a­tion is fis­cal 2012/2013 Defense Work­ing Cap­i­tal Funds. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Dec. 19, 2012. The Defense Logis­tics Agency Troop Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

CAM Inter­na­tion­al USA, Inc.*, Flow­ery Branch, Ga., was award­ed a fixed-price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment con­tract with a min­i­mum $23,233,600 for fuel. Oth­er loca­tion of per­for­mance is Soto Cano, Hon­duras. Using ser­vice is Air Force. There were two respons­es to the Web solic­i­ta­tion. Type of appro­pri­a­tion is fis­cal 2015 Stock Funds. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Dec. 31, 2014. The Defense Logis­tics Agency Ener­gy, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SP0600-12-D-1250).
