USAUS Military contracts for FY12

NAVY

The Boe­ing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being award­ed a $687,484,033 ceil­ing-priced mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed fixed-price-incen­tive-fee mul­ti-year pro­cure­ment con­tract (N00019-09-C-0019) for 14 addi­tion­al fis­cal 2012, Lot 36, F/A‑18E air­craft and one addi­tion­al fis­cal 2012, Lot 36, F/A‑18F air­craft con­tained in the F/A‑18 mul­ti-year III pro­duc­tion con­tract. Pur­suant to the vari­a­tion in quan­ti­ty clause, this pro­cure­ment will bring the num­ber of F/A‑18E air­craft on this con­tract from 55 to 69, and the F/A‑18F from 20 to 21. Work will be per­formed in St. Louis, Mo. (45.2 per­cent); El Segun­do, Calif. (44.6 per­cent); Hazel­wood, Mo. (3.4 per­cent); Cleve­land, Ohio (1.7 per­cent); Tor­rance, Calif. (1.4 per­cent); Van­dalia, Ohio (1 per­cent); Ajax, Cana­da (1 per­cent); Irvine, Calif. (0.7 per­cent); John­son City, N.Y. (0.5 per­cent); and Grand Rapids, Mich. (0.5 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Octo­ber 2014. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Cam­ber Corp., Huntsville, Ala., is being award­ed a $23,239,314 indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty, cost-plus-fixed-fee task order con­tract for tech­ni­cal, pro­fes­sion­al, and admin­is­tra­tive sup­port ser­vices in sup­port of the Cen­ter for Civ­il Mil­i­tary Rela­tions. Work will be per­formed in var­i­ous loca­tions out­side the Unit­ed States (68 per­cent); Army Active, Reserve, and Nation­al Guard posts (17 per­cent); Mon­terey, Calif. (9 per­cent); Kailua, Hawaii, or Huntsville, Ala. (4 per­cent); and Tam­pa, Fla. (2 per­cent). Work work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Oct. 24, 2012. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract involves For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales with mul­ti­ple coun­tries for tuition-based cours­es, total­ing less than one per­cent. Naval Sup­ply Sys­tems Com­mand Fleet Logis­tics Cen­ter, San Diego, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00244-12-D-008).

Insi­tu, Inc., Bin­gen, Wash., is being award­ed a $21,048,058 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price con­tract (N00019-11-C-0061) to exer­cise an option for oper­a­tional and main­te­nance ser­vices in sup­port of the ScanEa­gle unmanned aer­i­al sys­tems. These ser­vices will pro­vide elec­tro-opti­cal/in­frared and mid-wave infrared imagery in sup­port of U.S. Marine Corps oper­a­tions in Oper­a­tion Endur­ing Free­dom to pro­vide real-time imagery and data. Work will be per­formed in Bin­gen, Wash., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in May 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $21,048,058 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

BAE Sys­tems Tech­nol­o­gy Solu­tions and Ser­vices, Inc., Rockville, Md., is being award­ed a $10,332,954 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract (N00421-11-C-1058) to exer­cise two options to sup­port the Inte­grat­ed Com­mu­ni­ca­tion and Infor­ma­tion Sys­tems Divi­sion of Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion in the design, inte­gra­tion, test­ing, instal­la­tion, train­ing, and cer­ti­fi­ca­tion of ship­board com­mu­ni­ca­tion sys­tems; the design and inte­gra­tion of like sys­tems at shore sites asso­ci­at­ed with the deploy­ment of fleet sup­port to sur­face com­bat­ants; and the design, test­ing, and inte­gra­tion of mobile and air­borne com­mu­ni­ca­tion sys­tems designed to inter­face with C4I archi­tec­ture of sur­face com­bat­ants. Work will be per­formed in St. Ini­goes, Md., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Sep­tem­ber 2016. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

KBR Fed­er­al Ser­vices, L.L.C., San Anto­nio, Texas, is being award­ed a $9,035,642 firm-fixed-price con­tract for the con­struc­tion of a com­mis­sary and an exchange at the Marine Corps Moun­tain War­fare Train­ing Cen­ter, Bridge­port (Coleville Hous­ing Com­mu­ni­ty). The con­tract also con­tains options and a planned mod­i­fi­ca­tion, which, if issued, would increase cumu­la­tive con­tract val­ue to $10,139,126. Work will be per­formed in Coleville, Calif., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Feb­ru­ary 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via the Navy Elec­tron­ic Com­merce Online web­site, with 10 pro­pos­als received. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, South­west, San Diego, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N62473-12-C-5003).

Alleo Corp., Quan­ti­co, Va. (FA8053-12-D-0040); Health Part­ners Man­age­ment Group, Inc., Poplar Bluff, Mo. (FA8053-12-D-0043); Mindleaf Tech­nolo­gies, Inc., Bed­ford, Mass. (FA8053-12-D-0046); CNI Pro­fes­sion­al Ser­vices, L.L.C., Nor­man, Okla. (FA8053-12-D-0041); GTW Con­sul­tants & Asso­ciates, L.L.C., San Anto­nio, Texas (FA8053-12-D-0042); Mag­num Opus Tech­nolo­gies, Inc., San Anto­nio, Texas (FA8053-12-D-0044); and Med­ical North Amer­i­ca, L.L.C., Petal, Miss. (FA8053-12-D-0045) are being award­ed a $494,000,000 indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty, firm-fixed-price and cost con­tract for Air Force Med­ical Ser­vice med­ical sup­port ser­vices which will pro­vide qual­i­fied med­ical sup­port per­son­nel for rou­tine staffing, tem­po­rary increas­es in work­load, new mis­sion sup­port, reor­ga­ni­za­tion sup­port, lim­it­ed dura­tion need, star-up/shut-down needs and work­force fluc­tu­a­tions. The loca­tions of the per­for­mance are Air Force Med­ical Ser­vice loca­tions through­out the con­ti­nen­tal Unit­ed States and its ter­ri­to­ries. Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Dec. 20, 2012. 773 ESS/PKJ Wright-Pat­ter­son Air Force Base, Ohio, is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Northrop Grum­man Space Tech­nol­o­gy, Clearfield, Utah, is being award­ed a $10,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee con­tract for sus­tain­ment for the Minute Man Mis­sile Sys­tem incre­men­tal fund­ing for exer­cised option. The loca­tion of the per­for­mance is Clearfield, Utah. Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sept. 30, 2012. AFNWC/PKME, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (F42610-98-C-0001).
