     L‑3 Ser­vices, Inc., Reston, Va., is being award­ed a $15,208,043 indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty, cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract for engi­neer­ing and tech­ni­cal sup­port ser­vices for com­mand, con­trol, com­mu­ni­ca­tions and com­put­er (C4) exer­cise plan­ning and eval­u­a­tion, inte­gra­tion, sys­tems inte­gra­tion, oper­a­tional sys­tems, field­ing, train­ing, cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, main­te­nance, logis­tics, con­fig­u­ra­tion man­age­ment, sys­tems engi­neer­ing, net­work engi­neer­ing, soft­ware engi­neer­ing, documentation/graphics sup­port, pro­gram man­age­ment, qual­i­ty assur­ance and life-cycle sus­tain­ment man­age­ment sup­port. This con­tract includes options, which, if exer­cised, would bring the cumu­la­tive val­ue of this con­tract to an esti­mat­ed $81,855,427. Work will be per­formed in Fayet­teville, N.C. (53 per­cent); Charleston, S.C. (25 per­cent); and var­i­ous loca­tions out­side the con­ti­nen­tal U.S., includ­ing Iraq/Afghanistan (22 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sep­tem­ber 2012. If all options are exer­cised, work could con­tin­ue until Sep­tem­ber 2016.      Advanced Arma­ment Corp., Lawrenceville, Ga., is being award­ed a $14,201,731 firm-fixed-price, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for the fam­i­ly of muz­zle brakes. Work will be per­formed in Lawrenceville, Ga., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sep­tem­ber 2016. Con­tract funds in the amount of $200,000 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year.      The Machine Lab*, Welling­ton, Colo., is being award­ed an $11,859,484 firm-fixed-price, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for the pro­cure­ment of MMP-30 robots and MMP-30 spare parts repair kits. The Naval Explo­sive Ord­nance Dis­pos­al Tech­ni­cal Divi­sion has a require­ment for a tracked mobile robot sys­tem with wire­less con­trol and mul­ti­ple audio/video capa­bil­i­ty and replace­ment parts. The con­tract com­bines pur­chas­es for the Navy (24 per­cent), and the gov­ern­ment of Afghanistan (76 per­cent) under the For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales Pro­gram. Work will be per­formed in Welling­ton, Colo., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sep­tem­ber 2016. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of cur­rent fis­cal year. This require­ment was syn­op­sized via Fed­er­al Busi­ness Oppor­tu­ni­ties as a sole-source pro­cure­ment, and was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. The Naval Sur­face War­fare Cen­ter, Indi­an Head Divi­sion, Indi­an Head, Md., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00174-11-D-0014).

     The Boe­ing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being award­ed a $9,612,537 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract in sup­port, to include engi­neer­ing, train­ing and tech­ni­cal ser­vices, of the Har­poon and Stand­off Land Attack Mis­sile­Ex­pand­ed Response mis­sile; the Encap­su­lat­ed Har­poon Com­mand and Launch Sys­tems; encap­su­lat­ed sup­port; and the Har­poon Ship­board Com­mand Launch Con­trol Sys­tem.      Reyes Con­struc­tion, Inc., Pomona, Calif., is being award­ed $9,427,757 for firm-fixed-price task order 0008 under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed mul­ti­ple-award con­struc­tion con­tract (N62473-09-D-1606) for the design and con­struc­tion of the oper­a­tions access points, Green Beach, at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendle­ton. The work to be per­formed pro­vides for access by mil­i­tary tac­ti­cal vehi­cles to San Onofre Beach for train­ing exer­cis­es. The pro­posed new con­struc­tion will include demo­li­tion of the exist­ing rail­road tres­tle and replace­ment of the rail­way bridge. Work will be per­formed in Ocean­side, Calif., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Octo­ber 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Two pro­pos­als were received for this task order. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, South­west, San Diego, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

     Eyak Tech­nol­o­gy, L.L.C., Dulles, Va., is being award­ed an $8,903,000 firm-fixed-priced deliv­ery order MU65 against an exist­ing U.S. Army Corps of Engi­neers Tech­nol­o­gy for infra­struc­ture, geospa­tial, and envi­ron­men­tal require­ments indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract (W912HZ-09-D-0003) for the pro­cure­ment, kit­ting, mark­ing, and inte­gra­tion of dif­fer­ent vari­eties of kits for the Marine Air Ground Task­force (MAGTF) Sec­ondary Imagery Dis­sem­i­na­tion Sys­tem (MSIDS). MSIDS pro­vides the only self-con­tained, hand-held, ground-prospec­tive imagery capa­bil­i­ty for MAGTF recon­nais­sance units. Work will be per­formed in Col­orado Springs, Colo., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sept. 13, 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $33,372 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The deliv­ery order was not com­pet­ed. Marine Corps Sys­tems Com­mand, Quan­ti­co, Va., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

     East Coast Repair and Fab­ri­ca­tion, L.L.C.*, Nor­folk, Va., is being award­ed an $8,219,488 fixed-price con­tract for a dry­dock­ing phased main­te­nance avail­abil­i­ty on USS Tem­pest (PC 2). Con­tract will be for the accom­plish­ment of mis­cel­la­neous struc­tur­al, elec­tri­cal, and mechan­i­cal repairs, includ­ing dry-dock­ing. Work will be per­formed in Portsmouth, Va., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by August 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $8,219,488 will expire at the end of the fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via the Navy Elec­tron­ic Com­merce Online web­site, with four pro­pos­als solicit­ed and three offers received. Nor­folk Ship Sup­port Activ­i­ty Region­al Main­te­nance Cen­ter, Portsmouth, Va., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N50054-11-C-1108).
