Impax Lab­o­ra­to­ries, Chal­font, Pa., was award­ed a fixed-price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for a max­i­mum $14,127,469 for phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal com­po­nents. There are no oth­er loca­tions of per­for­mance. Using ser­vices are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and fed­er­al civil­ian agen­cies. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Aug. 25, 2012. MRM Con­struc­tion Ser­vices, Inc., Phoenix, Ariz., is being award­ed a $49,255,000 indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for paving con­struc­tion work at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.; Gila Bend Air Force Aux­il­iary Field, Ariz.; and Fort Tuthill Recre­ation Area, Flagstaff, Ariz. 56 CONS/LGCB, Luke Air Force Base, Ariz., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA4887-11-D-0007).

TECMACTEC*, Char­lottesville, Va., is being award­ed a $12,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for sus­tain­ment man­age­ment sys­tem and engi­neered man­age­ment sys­tem ser­vices at var­i­ous Navy and Marine Corps instal­la­tions locat­ed with­in the Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand (NAVFAC) South­west area of respon­si­bil­i­ty (AOR). No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be per­formed at var­i­ous loca­tions in the NAVFAC South­west AOR includ­ing Ari­zona, Cal­i­for­nia, Col­orado, New Mex­i­co, Neva­da, Utah; and the NAVFAC Atlantic AOR includ­ing Alas­ka, Europe, Africa, West­ern Asia, South Amer­i­ca, Far East, Hawaii, and the Mar­i­anas. The term of the con­tract is not to exceed 36 months, with an expect­ed com­ple­tion date of August 2014. Con­tract funds in the amount of $2,500 were oblig­at­ed on this award and will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via the Navy Elec­tron­ic Com­merce Online web­site, with six pro­pos­als received. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, South­west, San Diego, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N62473-11-D-3006). Raytheon Co., Tuc­son, Ariz., is being award­ed a $7,237,019 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-07-C-5361) for research and devel­op­ment lev­el-of-effort engi­neer­ing and tech­ni­cal ser­vices to sup­port the Stan­dard Mis­sile pro­gram. Work will be per­formed in Tuc­son, Ariz., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Decem­ber 2011. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Sea Sys­tems Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity.
