USAUS Military contracts for FY11

 

NAVY

                 Con­struc­tion Engi­neer­ing Ser­vices, LLC*, Fair­fax, Va. (N62473-11-D-2215); Los Alam­os Tech­ni­cal Asso­ciates, Inc.*, Albu­querque, N.M. (N62473-11-D-2216); San­berg-OTIE JV*, Whit­ti­er, Calif. (N62473-11-D-2217); Sul­li­van-West­on Ser­vices JVA, LLC*, San Diego, Calif. (N 62473–11-D-2218), are each being award­ed a firm-fixed-price, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty mul­ti­ple award con­tract for envi­ron­men­tal reme­di­a­tion ser­vices at var­i­ous loca­tions with­in the Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand (NAVFAC) South­west area of respon­si­bil­i­ty (AOR).  The max­i­mum dol­lar val­ue, includ­ing the base peri­od and four option years, for all four con­tracts com­bined is $50,000,000.  No task orders are being issued at this time.  Work will be per­formed pri­mar­i­ly with­in the NAVFAC South­west AOR which includes Calif. (80 per­cent), Ariz. (5 per­cent), Colo. (3 per­cent), Nev. (3 per­cent), N.M. (2 per­cent), Utah (2 per­cent), and oth­er Depart­ment of Defense loca­tions (5 per­cent).  The term of the con­tracts is not to exceed 60 months, with an expect­ed com­ple­tion date of Jun. 2016.  Con­tract funds in the amount of $20,000 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year.  This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured as a 100 per­cent Ser­vice Dis­abled Vet­er­an Owned Small Busi­ness set-aside via the Navy Elec­tron­ic Com­merce Online web­site, with nine pro­pos­als received.  These four con­trac­tors may com­pete for task orders under the terms and con­di­tions of the award­ed con­tract.  The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, South­west, San Diego, Calif. is the con­tract­ing activity. 

                 CAE USA, Inc., Tam­pa, Fla., is being award­ed a $32,130,693 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price con­tract (N61340-11-C-0006) to design, fab­ri­cate, install and test two MH-60R tac­ti­cal oper­a­tional flight train­ers.  Work will be per­formed in Tam­pa, Fla. (42 per­cent); Lex­ing­ton Park, Md. (35 per­cent); Salt Lake City, Utah (9 per­cent); Huap­pauge, N.Y. (5 per­cent); San Fran­cis­co, Calif. (4 per­cent); Mon­tre­al, Cana­da (2 per­cent); Huntsville, Ala. (2 per­cent); and Lees­burg, Va. (1 per­cent), and work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Octo­ber 2013.  Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year.  The Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter, Train­ing Sys­tems Divi­sion, Orlan­do, Fla., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

                 Fron­tier Elec­tron­ic Sys­tems Corp.*, Still­wa­ter, Okla., is being award­ed a $15,223,182  indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/ indef­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract using firm-fixed priced and cost-plus-fixed-fee orders with a 12-month order­ing peri­od for AN/SPQ-14(V) Advanced Sen­sor Dis­tri­b­u­tion Sys­tem (ASDS), AN/SPQ15(V) data dis­tri­b­u­tion sys­tem (DDS) equip­ment and engi­neer­ing sup­port ser­vices in sup­port of the sys­tems.  AN/SPQ-14(V) Advanced Sen­sor Dis­tri­b­u­tion Sys­tem, AN/SPQ15(V) data dis­tri­b­u­tion sys­tem equip­ment and replace­ment parts will be pro­cured for ship­board sys­tems. Ser­vices include ASDS and DDS engi­neer­ing, instal­la­tion, con­fig­u­ra­tion man­age­ment, and inte­grat­ed logis­tics sup­port for ship­board and shore-based sys­tems.  This con­tract com­bines pur­chas­es for the Navy (85 per­cent) and the gov­ern­ments of South Korea and Sau­di Ara­bia (15 per­cent) under the For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales Pro­gram.  Work will be per­formed in Still­wa­ter, Okla., over a peri­od of up to 24 months.  Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. The Naval Sur­face War­fare Cen­ter Dahlgren Divi­sion is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00178-11-D-1049).

                 Armor­Works Enter­pris­es, LLC, Chan­dler, Ariz., is being award­ed a $9,081,487 firm-fixed-price con­tract for Pro­tec­tive Under­gar­ments.  Work will be per­formed in Elk Rapids, Mich., (45 per­cent); Spokane, Wash. (45 per­cent) and Chan­dler, Ariz. (10 per­cent), and work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed June 2012.  Con­tract funds expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured.  The Marine Corps Sys­tems Com­mand, Quan­ti­co, Va., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (M67854-11-C-3036).

                 Siko­rsky Air­craft Corp., Strat­ford, Conn., is being award­ed a $7,127,008 firm-fixed-price deliv­ery order on a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract (N00019-07-D-0004) for the VH-60N Exec­u­tive Heli­copter spe­cial pro­gres­sive air­craft rework induc­tion, includ­ing ven­dor repairables and com­po­nent over­haul.  Work will be per­formed in Strat­ford, Conn., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in May 2012.  Con­tract funds in the amount of $7,127,008 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year.  The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md. is the con­tract­ing activity. 

AIR FORCE

                Booze Allen Hamil­ton, Inc. of Hern­don Va. is being award­ed a $21,801,249 cost plus fixed fee con­tract for threat assess­ment reports for U.S. Forces and train­ing and edu­ca­tion on a wide range of tasks to include the fol­low­ing: counter-IED train­ing and edu­ca­tion; tac­ti­cal site exploita­tion; search; home­made explo­sives; attack the net­work oper­a­tions; and lethal and non­lethal actions and oper­a­tions against net­works.  ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Ne. is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SP0700-03-D-1380, Deliv­ery Order 0413). 

              Booze Allen Hamil­ton, Inc. of Hern­don Va. is being award­ed a $14,871,639 cost plus fixed fee con­tract for reports, stud­ies, and analy­sis for the design, devel­op­ment, test­ing, eval­u­a­tion, inte­gra­tion, pro­duc­tion, field­ing, sus­tain­ment, and mod­ern­iza­tion of ground vehi­cles and sup­port sys­tems nec­es­sary to advance the over­all sur­viv­abil­i­ty of both cur­rent and future ground sys­tems for the pro­gram exec­u­tive offi­cer for com­bat sup­port & com­bat ser­vices sup­port and the PEO for Ground Com­bat Sys­tems. Work will be per­formed at McLean, Va.  ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Ne. is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SP0700-03-D-1380, Deliv­ery Order 0418). 

              Booze Allen Hamil­ton, Inc. of Hern­don Va. is being award­ed a $9,835,821 cost plus fixed fee con­tract for muni­tions lethal­i­ty analy­sis and tech­ni­cal reports and plans on a wide array of capa­bil­i­ty con­cepts for defined tech­ni­cal and pro­gram events, chal­lenges, and surge activ­i­ties for Air Force Research Lab­o­ra­to­ry use in their research, plan­ning, devel­op­ment and test­ing process­es.  ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Ne. is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SP0700-03-D-1380, Deliv­ery Order 0417). 

              Booze Allen Hamil­ton, Inc. of Hern­don Va. is being award­ed an $8,770.191 cost plus fixed fee con­tract for tech­ni­cal research, devel­op­ment and analy­sis for NORAD and USNORTHCOM, fed­er­al inter­a­gency part­ners, State and Local inter­a­gency part­ners, Office of the Sec­re­tary of Defense, Joint Staff, oth­er com­bat­ant com­mands, their com­po­nents, and inter­a­gency orga­ni­za­tions.  Work will be per­formed at McLean, Va. ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Ne. is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SP0700-03-D-1380, Deliv­ery Order 0411). 

              Lock­heed Mar­tin Cor­po­ra­tion, Lock­heed Mar­tin Space Sys­tems Com­pa­ny of Sun­ny­vale, Calif. is being award­ed an $8,174,404 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a cost plus award fee con­tract to imple­ment Phas­es 2–4 of the High­ly Ellip­ti­cal Orbit (HEO) Func­tion­al Test Arti­cle (HFTA) Phase I study.  SMC/ISK, Los Ange­les Air Force Base is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8810-08-C-0002, PO0029). 

              Chro­ma­l­loy Gas Tur­bine, LLC of Okla­homa City, Okla. is being award­ed a $7,939,830 firm fixed price con­tract for the reman­u­fac­tur­ing of F100-PW-100/200 engine 1 st , 3 rd , and 4 th stage vanes.  Work will be per­formed at Okla­homa City, Okla. 848 SCMG/PKAA, Tin­ker Air Force Base, Okla. is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8121-11-D-0011).

              The Boe­ing Com­pa­ny of Seat­tle, Wa. is being award­ed a $7,581,866 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a firm fixed price con­tract to exer­cise option con­tract line item num­ber 1401 AB for dimin­ish­ing man­u­fac­tur­ing parts mon­i­tor­ing – part 2 as part of the Radar Sys­tem Improve­ment Pro­gram for the Roy­al Sau­di Air Force AWACs fleet of five air­craft (100% For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales).  ESC/HBSKI, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (F19628-01-D-0016 Deliv­ery Order 0070 Mod­i­fi­ca­tion 009). 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

              Bell Boe­ing Joint Project Office Bell-Boe­ing Joint Pro­gram, Amar­il­lo, Texas was award­ed con­tract SPRPA1-09-G-004Y-5796.  The award is a firm fixed price con­tract with a max­i­mum $15,139,295.88 for prop rotor gear box assem­blies.  There are no oth­er loca­tions of per­for­mance.  Using ser­vice is Navy.  The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Jan­u­ary 30, 2017.  The con­tract­ing activ­i­ty is the Defense Logis­tics Agency Avi­a­tion, Philadel­phia, Pa.

             TW Met­als, Inc., Car­ol Stream, Illi­nois was award­ed con­tract SPM8EG-09-D-0009.  The award is a fixed price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment with a max­i­mum $19,200,000 for met­als, met­al prod­ucts and relat­ed ser­vices in the North­east Region of the Unit­ed States.  Anoth­er loca­tion of per­for­mance is Exton, Pa.  Using ser­vices are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and fed­er­al civil­ian agen­cies.  The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is June 29, 2012.  The con­tract­ing activ­i­ty is the Defense Logis­tics Agency Troop Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa. 

             Gulf Coast ener­gy, LLC, Hous­ton, Texas was award­ed con­tract SP0600-11-D-0510.  The award is a fixed price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment with a max­i­mum $35,675,836.56 for unlead­ed gaso­line.  Anoth­er loca­tion of per­for­mance is Gale­na Park, Texas.  Using ser­vice is for­eign mil­i­tary sales.  The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Novem­ber 30, 2011.  The con­tract­ing activ­i­ty is the Defense Logis­tics Agency Ener­gy, Fort Belvoir, Va.
