TCOM LP*, Colum­bia, Md., is being award­ed a $41,221,670 cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract for the pro­cure­ment of a pro­to­type of the 22M Aero­stat Sys­tem in sup­port of the Per­sis­tent Ground Sur­veil­lance Sys­tems for the Depart­ment of Defense. U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND
