DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

McKesson Corp., San Fran­cis­co, Calif., is being award­ed a max­i­mum $1,081,313,108 firm-fixed-price con­tract for sup­port to the TRICARE Phar­ma­cy. Oth­er loca­tion of per­for­mance is Tolle­son, Ariz. Using ser­vice is Depart­ment of Defense. The orig­i­nal­ly pro­pos­al was solicit­ed through the Fed­er­al Busi­ness Oppor­tu­ni­ties web­site with two respons­es. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Feb. 29, 2012. The Defense Logis­tics Agency Troop Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SPM200-03-D-1666).

Den­tal Health Prod­ucts*, New Franken, Wis, is being award­ed a max­i­mum $6,680,000 fixed-price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for gen­er­al den­tal sup­plies dis­tri­b­u­tion. There are no oth­er loca­tions of per­for­mance. Using ser­vices are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and fed­er­al civil­ian agen­cies. The orig­i­nal­ly pro­pos­al was solicit­ed through Defense Logis­tics Agency Inter­net Bid Board Sys­tem web­site with 10 respons­es. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Feb. 27, 2012. The Defense Logis­tics Agency Troop Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SPM200-07-D-7436).

NAVY

Sodexo Man­age­ment, Inc., Gaithers­burg, Md., is being award­ed a $66,263,607 per­for­mance-based, fixed-price ser­vice con­tract with incen­tive and award fee pro­vi­sions (East Coast Region­al Gar­ri­son Food Ser­vices Con­tract II) to oper­ate and man­age 31 Marine Corps gar­ri­son mess halls locat­ed on the East Coast of the con­ti­nen­tal Unit­ed States. The con­tract includes sev­en one-year options which, if exer­cised, would bring the total cumu­la­tive val­ue of the con­tract to $925,989,850. Work will be per­formed at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Par­ris Island, S.C. (45 per­cent); Marine Corps Base, Camp Leje­une, N.C., and Marine Corps Air Sta­tion, New Riv­er, Jack­sonville, N.C. (38 per­cent); Marine Corps Base, Quan­ti­co, Va. (7 per­cent); Marine Corps Air Sta­tion Cher­ry Point, N.C., and Bogue­field, Have­lock, N.C. (6 per­cent); Marine Corps Air Sta­tion, Beau­fort, S.C. (2 per­cent); Marine Corps Bar­racks, Wash­ing­ton, D.C. (1 per­cent); and Marine Corps Air Sta­tion, Nor­folk, Va. (1 per­cent). The basic con­tract will be com­plet­ed Sept. 30, 2011 (with all options exer­cised, com­plet­ed Sept. 30, 2018). Con­tract funds in the amount of $66,263,607 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Supe­ri­or Ser­vices, Inc.*, Fres­no, Calif., is being award­ed a $55,426,171 per­for­mance-based, fixed-price ser­vice con­tract with incen­tive and award fee pro­vi­sions (West Coast Region­al Gar­ri­son Food Ser­vices Con­tract II) to oper­ate and man­age 20 Marine Corps gar­ri­son mess halls locat­ed on the West Coast of the con­ti­nen­tal Unit­ed States. The con­tract also includes sev­en one-year options which, if exer­cised, would bring the total cumu­la­tive val­ue of the con­tract to $764,220,603. Work will be per­formed at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendle­ton, Ocean­side, Calif. (45 per­cent); Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, Calif. (30 per­cent); Marine Corps Air Ground Com­bat Cen­ter, Twen­ty-nine Palms, Calif. (10 per­cent); Marine Corps Air Sta­tion, Mira­mar, Calif. (5 per­cent); Marine Corps Moun­tain War­fare Train­ing Cen­ter, Bridge­port, Calif. (5 per­cent); and Marine Corps Air Sta­tion, Yuma, Ariz. (5 per­cent). The basic con­tract will be com­plet­ed on Sept. 30, 2011 (with all options exer­cised, com­plet­ed Sept. 30, 2018). Con­tract funds in the amount of $55,426,171 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via Request for Pro­pos­al M00027-10-R-0002 released and post­ed on the Fed­er­al Busi­ness Oppor­tu­ni­ties web­site under full and open com­pe­ti­tion pro­ce­dures, with five pro­pos­als received. Raytheon Co., Portsmouth, R.I., is being award­ed an $11,848,506 firm-fixed-price con­tract for Reel­ing Machine Test Bench (RMTB) inter­me­di­ate lev­el equip­ment, ancil­lary RMTB equip­ment and logis­tics ser­vices in sup­port of the MH-60R AN/AQS-22 Air­borne Low Fre­quen­cy Sonar. Work will be per­formed in Portsmouth, R.I., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in April 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. The Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion, Lake­hurst, N.J., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N68335-11-C-0138).

ARMY

IAP World Ser­vices, Cape Canaver­al, Fla., was award­ed on Jan. 31 a $60,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee con­tract. The award will pro­vide instal­la­tion sup­port ser­vices for the Nation­al Train­ing Cen­ter, Fort Irwin, Calif. Work will be per­formed in Fort Irwin, Calif., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of June 30, 2012. The bid was solicit­ed through the Inter­net with six bids received. The U.S. Army Mis­sion and Instal­la­tion Con­tract­ing Com­mand, Fort Irwin, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (DAKF04-00-C-0002).

Lock­heed Mar­tin Corp., Grand Prairie, Texas, was award­ed on Feb. 18 a $22,197,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract. The award will pro­vide for upgrade kits includ­ing instal­la­tion and train­ing for Mul­ti­ple Launch Rock­et Sys­tem M270 launch­ers to meet the require­ments of the Uni­ver­sal Fire Con­trol Sys­tem. Work will be per­formed in Grand Prairie, Texas, and Cam­den, Ark., with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of Aug. 31, 2012. One bid was solicit­ed with one bid received. The U.S. Army Con­tract­ing Com­mand, Red­stone Arse­nal, Ala., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (W31P4Q-11-C-0171).

CDW Gov­ern­ment, LLC, Ver­non Hills, Ill., was award­ed on Feb. 18 a $7,730,480 firm-fixed-price con­tract. The award will pro­vide for automa­tion equip­ment to sup­port Army efforts in Afghanistan. Work will be per­formed in Camp Mar­mal, Afghanistan, with an esti­mat­ed com­ple­tion date of March 31, 2011. The bid was solicit­ed through the Com­put­er Hard­ware, Enter­prise Soft­ware and Solu­tions Pro­gram, with two bids received. The U.S. Army Con­tract­ing Com­mand, Rock Island, Ill., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (W91QUZ-07-D-0009).
