The Boe­ing Co., Long Beach, Calif., was award­ed an $86,520,933 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion which will incor­po­rate the fis­cal 2010 fly­ing hour/engine cycle adjust­ment in accor­dance with the terms and con­di­tions set forth in clause H012 of the basic con­tract. Booz Allen Hamil­ton, Inc., Hern­don, Va., was award­ed a $23,601,745 con­tract which will pro­vide Marine Corps inter­na­tion­al affairs, secu­ri­ty coop­er­a­tion, pro­gram devel­op­ment, tech­ni­cal analy­sis, and oper­a­tions inte­gra­tion. Raytheon BBN Tech­nolo­gies Corp.. Cam­bridge, Mass., was award­ed a $12,493,899 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion which will pro­vide addi­tion­al task­ing to sup­port the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and Army exper­i­ments at Fort Ben­ning, Ga., and will add the soft­ware radio wave­form to the wire­less net­work After Next radio. At this time, $2,585,714 has been oblig­at­ed. Air Force Research Laboratory/RIKF, Rome, N.Y., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8750-07-C-0169; PO0013). 

Lock­heed Mar­tin Corp., Lock­heed Mar­tin, Fort Worth, Texas, was award­ed a $12,020,326 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion for devel­op­ment of the F‑22 reli­a­bil­i­ty and main­tain­abil­i­ty mat­u­ra­tion pro­gram, to increase the ceil­ing for over and above work and pro­cure­ment of actu­a­tor inter­face mod­ule card wet weath­er repairs. Engi­neer­ing & Envi­ron­ment, Inc., Vir­ginia Beach, Va., was award­ed an $11,865,076 con­tract which will pro­vide for the con­veyance of the waste­water util­i­ty sys­tem at Nia­gara Falls Air Reserve Sta­tion, N.Y., and pur­chase of the relat­ed util­i­ty oper­a­tion and main­te­nance ser­vices. At this time, $195,876 has been oblig­at­ed. Air Edu­ca­tion Train­ing Com­mand CONS/LGCT, Ran­dolph Air Force Base, Texas, is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA3002-10-C-0050).

Northrop Grum­man Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy, Inc., Defense Group, McLean, Va., was award­ed a max­i­mum $7,500,055 sus­tain­ment sup­port pro­gram con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion which will pro­vide engi­neer­ing sup­port ser­vices for sys­tems and appli­ca­tions that are in sus­tain­ment and man­aged by the ESC/HIBB direc­torate. It cov­ers the tasks nec­es­sary to pro­vide sus­tain­ment, main­te­nance and mod­i­fi­ca­tion to the lega­cy con­tract­ing sys­tems and the infor­ma­tion resources sup­port sys­tem. Hill and Asso­ciates, Inc., Vir­ginia Beach, Va., was award­ed an esti­mat­ed $5,993,022.24 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion which will pro­vide base sup­ply and fuels ser­vice to include sup­ply, fuel and logis­tics mate­r­i­al con­trol activ­i­ty ser­vices for the Air Force Flight Test Cen­ter at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. Rock­well Collins, Satel­lite Com­mu­ni­ca­tion, Duluth, Ga., was award­ed a $5,629,719 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion which will pro­cure 43 Swe-Dish CCT-120 satel­lite ter­mi­nals man­u­fac­tured by Rock­well Collins and avail­able on Gen­er­al Ser­vices Admin­is­tra­tion sched­ule. Neany, Inc.*, Hol­ly­wood, Md., is being award­ed a $48,279,528 not-to-exceed cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract for logis­tics sup­port, con­fig­u­ra­tion man­age­ment, train­ing, doc­u­men­ta­tion, spares, and field sup­port asso­ci­at­ed with the Per­sis­tent Ground Sur­veil­lance Sys­tem Phase II for the Army. In addi­tion, the con­tract pro­vides for deliv­ery of SkyKites and SkyKite-like aero­stat sys­tems and platforms/gondolas capa­ble of func­tion­ing in high-den­si­ty alti­tude envi­ron­ments with mul­ti­ple sen­sors. Work will be per­formed in Hol­ly­wood, Md. (44 per­cent); Afghanistan (36 per­cent); and Yuma, Ariz. (20 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Decem­ber 2011. Del-Jen, Inc., Clarksville, Tenn., is being award­ed a $23,380,548 mod­i­fi­ca­tion under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract (N69450-07-D-0770) to exer­cise Option 3 for base oper­a­tions sup­port ser­vices at Naval Air Sta­tion Pen­saco­la and sur­round­ing areas (Saufley Field, Cor­ry Sta­tion, and Bron­son Field). Raytheon Inte­grat­ed Defense Sys­tems, Portsmouth, R.I., is being award­ed a $14,696,495 firm-fixed-price con­tract (N00024-10-C-6302) for sev­en air­borne mine neu­tral­iza­tion low rate ini­tial pro­duc­tion sys­tems and asso­ci­at­ed engi­neer­ing ser­vices. The air­borne mine neu­tral­iza­tion sys­tem will explo­sive­ly neu­tral­ize bot­tom and moored mines using an expend­able mine neu­tral­ize device. The sys­tem will be deployed from the MH-60 heli­copter as part of the lit­toral com­bat ship mine coun­ter­mea­sures mis­sion mod­ule. This con­tract includes an option which, if exer­cised, would bring the cumu­la­tive val­ue of this con­tract to $24,376,137. Work will be per­formed in Portsmouth, R. I., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sep­tem­ber 2014. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly award­ed. The Naval Sea Sys­tems Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton Navy Yard, Wash­ing­ton, D.C., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

BAE Sys­tems, Infor­ma­tion and Elec­tron­ic Sys­tems Inte­gra­tion, Inc., Nashua, N.H., is being award­ed a $14,599,366 firm-fixed-price con­tract (N00024-10-C-6302) for four high fre­quen­cy wide band AN/SQQ-32(v)4 sys­tems and asso­ci­at­ed engi­neer­ing ser­vices and sup­port that will detect and clas­si­fy bot­tom and moored sea mines. The AN/SQQ-32(v)4 will be deployed from car­ri­ers for self-pro­tec­tion. High fre­quen­cy wide band AN/SQQ-32(v)4 will replace the in-ser­vice AN/SQQ-32(v)3 detec­tion sonar and will improve detec­tion per­for­mance and tar­get res­o­lu­tion in high clut­ter envi­ron­ments includ­ing lit­toral zones and con­fined straits. This con­tract includes options which, if exer­cised, would bring the cumu­la­tive val­ue of this con­tract to $41,993,290. Work will be per­formed in Nashua, N. H., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by April 2012. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via Fed­er­al Busi­ness Oppor­tu­ni­ties web­site, with three pro­pos­als received. Charles Stark Drap­er Lab­o­ra­to­ry, Cam­bridge, Mass., is being award­ed a $13,085,301 indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty, cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract for engi­neer­ing ser­vices in sup­port of trans­duc­er and hydrophone pro­grams. Efforts will include: research and devel­op­ment in tech­nol­o­gy areas impor­tant to the devel­op­ment of autonomous under­sea vehi­cle (AUV) capa­bil­i­ty; pro­vid­ing engi­neer­ing exper­tise to pro­gram spon­sors in the acqui­si­tion process; and, devel­op­ing and main­tain­ing the Naval Under­sea War­fare Center’s fleet of AUV test­bed vehi­cles, facil­i­ties and relat­ed equip­ment. The Boe­ing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being award­ed an $11,969,818 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract (N00421-06-C-0075) to exer­cise an option for engi­neer­ing, main­te­nance, and man­u­fac­tur­ing labor in sup­port of F/A‑18 flight test pro­grams con­duct­ed by the Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md. The esti­mat­ed lev­el of effort for this option is 96,464 man-hours. Work will be per­formed in Patux­ent Riv­er, Md. (95 per­cent), and Chi­na Lake, Calif. Hon­ey­well Inter­na­tion­al, Inc., Defense and Space Elec­tron­ic Sys­tems, Albu­querque, N.M., is being award­ed a $10,645,531 firm-fixed-price con­tract for the pro­cure­ment of 185 advanced mul­ti-pur­pose dis­plays — 116 5 x 5 for­ward dis­plays; 46 5 x 5 aft dis­plays; and 23 8 x 10 dis­plays — for the F/A‑18E/F, EA-18G air­craft. Work will be per­formed in Albu­querque, N.M., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Decem­ber 2011. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. RQ Con­struc­tion, Inc., Carls­bad, Calif., is being award­ed $10,620,000 for firm-fixed price task order #0002 under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed mul­ti­ple award con­struc­tion con­tract (N62473-10-D-5409) for design and con­struc­tion of communication/electric main­te­nance facil­i­ties at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendle­ton. The facil­i­ty con­sists of an admin­is­tra­tion and tac­ti­cal vehi­cle build­ing as well as site ameni­ties and park­ing. The task order also con­tains one planned mod­i­fi­ca­tion and one unex­er­cised option which, if issued, would increase the cumu­la­tive task order val­ue to $11,567,000. Work will be per­formed in Ocean­side, Calif., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by April 2012. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Nav­is­tar Defense, LLC, War­renville, Ill., is being award­ed a $9,896,400 firm-fixed-priced deliv­ery order #0011 mod­i­fi­ca­tion under pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (M67854-07-D-5032) for the pro­cure­ment of out­side the con­ti­nen­tal Unit­ed States field ser­vice rep­re­sen­ta­tives (FSRs)/instructors/mechanics and FSR/instructor inside the con­ti­nen­tal Unit­ed States replace­ment cen­ter train­ing. The objec­tive of the FSRs/instructors/mechanics is to sus­tain oper­a­tion of the Dash vehi­cles in sup­port of the Oper­a­tion Endur­ing Free­dom oper­a­tions in Afghanistan. BAE Sys­tems, U.S. Com­bat Sys­tems, Min­neapo­lis, Minn., is being award­ed an $8,532,671 firm-fixed-price mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-09-C-4137) for man­u­fac­ture and deliv­ery of a Block III propul­sor sys­tem shipset in sup­port of the Vir­ginia class sub­ma­rine propul­sor sys­tem require­ments. In addi­tion, this mod­i­fi­ca­tion includes the pur­chase of required spare parts in sup­port of the propul­sor pro­gram. Clark/Balfour Beat­ty, JV, Bethes­da, Md., is being award­ed an $8,400,000 firm-fixed-price mod­i­fi­ca­tion to increase the max­i­mum dol­lar val­ue of a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed price con­tract (N40080-10-C-4405) for the design and con­struc­tion of the grad­u­ate med­ical edu­ca­tion on-call depart­ment and to sup­ply emer­gency pow­er to the exist­ing chillers sup­port­ing the main oper­at­ing rooms and oth­er crit­i­cal care spaces locat­ed in Build­ings 9 and 10 at the cen­tral util­i­ty plant at the Nation­al Naval Med­ical Cen­ter Bethes­da. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, Wash­ing­ton, Offi­cer in Charge of Con­struc­tion, Bethes­da, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Insi­tu, Inc., Bin­gen, Wash., is being award­ed a $7,218,772 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price con­tract (N00019-09-C-0005) for the pro­cure­ment of 10 ScanEa­gle unmanned aer­i­al sys­tems (UASs) for the gov­ern­ment of Poland. Work will be per­formed in Bin­gen, Wash., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Sep­tem­ber 2011. Con­tract funds in the amount of $3,537,199 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

The Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc.*, Hon­olu­lu, Hawaii, is being award­ed $6,546,446 for firm-fixed-price task order HC01 under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty with award fee con­tract (N62742-09-D-1182) for repair of bach­e­lor enlist­ed quar­ters at Naval Sta­tion Pearl Har­bor. The work to be per­formed pro­vides for repair­ing, ren­o­vat­ing, and pro­vid­ing a min­i­mum of 20 units to meet cur­rent bach­e­lor enlist­ed quar­ters con­fig­u­ra­tion stan­dards per uni­fied facil­i­ties cri­te­ria. The project will con­sist of a par­tial demo­li­tion of the exte­ri­or and com­plete demo­li­tion of the inte­ri­or except for por­tions of exist­ing struc­tur­al floors and walls. This project also pro­vides new floor­ing, doors, win­dows ceil­ing, light­ing, fix­tures, and inte­ri­or paint­ing. All plumb­ing, room par­ti­tions, elec­tri­cal work, fire sprin­kler and fire sys­tem, heat­ing, ven­ti­lat­ing, and air con­di­tion­ing sys­tems will be recon­fig­ured. An ele­va­tor, ele­va­tor lob­by, machine room, and emer­gency gen­er­a­tor room will be installed. The exist­ing roof­ing will also be replaced. Work will be per­formed in Wahi­awa, Hawaii, and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by May 2012. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Four pro­pos­als were received for this task order. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, Hawaii, Pearl Har­bor, Hawaii, is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Hen­schel, Inc., New­bury­port, Mass., is being award­ed a $6,492,580 indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty, firm-fixed-price con­tract for sub­ma­rine valve reg­u­lat­ed lead acid auto­mat­ic bat­tery mon­i­tor­ing sys­tems. Work will be per­formed in New­bury­port, Mass., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sep­tem­ber 2013. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. The Naval Sur­face War­fare Cen­ter, Crane, Ind., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00164-10-D-GS56).

Raytheon Mis­sile Sys­tems, Tuc­son, Ariz., is being award­ed a $5,832,633 firm-fixed-price mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-09-C-5303) for fis­cal 2010 Stan­dard Mis­sile 2 com­mon pro­duc­tion spares. Work will be per­formed in Tuc­son, Ariz., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Decem­ber 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $5,832,633 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Hen­ry Schein, Inc., Melville, N.Y. is being award­ed a max­i­mum $28,800,000 fixed-price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for dis­tri­b­u­tion of gen­er­al den­tal sup­plies under the Den­tal ECAT pro­gram. There are no oth­er loca­tions of per­for­mance. Using ser­vices are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and fed­er­al civil­ian agen­cies. The orig­i­nal pro­pos­al was solicit­ed via the Defense Logis­tics Agency Inter­net Bid Board Sys­tem web­site with 10 respons­es. This con­tract is for the first option year. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Sept. 30, 2011. The Defense Logis­tics Agency Troop Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SPM2DE-09-D-7444).
