SERE Solu­tions, Inc., Spokane, Wash., was award­ed an esti­mat­ed $11,318,607 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion for sur­vival, eva­sion, resis­tance and escape sup­port ser­vices. Lock­heed Mar­tin Corp., Lock­heed Mar­tin Aero­nau­tics Co., Mari­et­ta, Ga., was award­ed an esti­mat­ed $9,772,670 con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion for the removal and replace­ment of 26 total pro­to­type aft crown skins on one C‑5A air­craft which includes repair­ing any under­ly­ing dam­age that may be dis­cov­ered when the skins are removed. At this time, $9,772,670 has been oblig­at­ed. WR-ALC/GRSKA, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the con­tract­ing agency (FA8525-10-C-0003).

Booz Allen Hamil­ton, Inc., Hern­don, Va., was award­ed a $7,499,408 con­tract which will pro­vide survivability/vulnerability ana­lyt­ic sup­port to the Future Force Inte­gra­tion Direc­torate of the Army Capa­bil­i­ties Inte­gra­tion Cen­ter. At this time, $170,740 has been oblig­at­ed. 55 CONS/LGCD, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (SP0700-03-D-1380; Deliv­ery Order 384). 

Data Link Solu­tions, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was award­ed a $7,867,142 con­tract which will pro­vide engi­neer­ing ser­vices for the mul­ti-func­tion­al infor­ma­tion dis­tri­b­u­tion sys­tem. At this time, the entire amount has been oblig­at­ed. 448 SCMG/PKHCA, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8539-10-C-0009).

The Trustees of Colum­bia Uni­ver­si­ty in the City of New York, Research Admin­is­tra­tion, New York, N.Y., was award­ed a $6,424,180 cost-reim­burse­ment con­tract which will pro­vide sym­bi­ot­ic com­put­ing infra­struc­ture to mon­i­tor secu­ri­ty prop­er­ties, pro­vide defen­sive poly­mor­phism, inte­grat­ed hard­ware and soft­ware recov­ery and heal­ing tech­niques and inte­grate pro­posed tech­niques to work with secu­ri­ty tagged archi­tec­tures. At this time, $100,000 has been oblig­at­ed. Air Force Research Laboratory/RIKD, Rome, N.Y., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8750-10–2‑0253).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

Phacil, Inc., Bridge­wa­ter, N.J., has been award­ed a mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a firm-fixed-price con­tract (HQ0006-07-F-0076). The total award val­ue is $6,326,071. Under this mod­i­fi­ca­tion, Phacil will pro­vide sup­port ser­vices for the Mis­sile Defense Agency por­tal. Work will be per­formed in Arling­ton, Va., Col­orado Springs, Colo., and Huntsville, Ala. Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sept. 17, 2011. Fis­cal 2010 research, devel­op­ment, test and eval­u­a­tion funds will be used to incre­men­tal­ly fund $704,573 for this effort. The Mis­sile Defense Agency is the con­tract­ing activity.
