US Military contracts for FY11

NAVY

Force Pro­tec­tion Indus­tries, Inc., Lad­son, S.C., is being award­ed an $88,860,348 firm-fixed-price mod­i­fi­ca­tion under pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (M67854-07-D-5031) for a 12-month renew­al of 240 field ser­vice rep­re­sen­ta­tives to install lin­er blan­ket kits, install mod­ern­iza­tion safe­ty kits, and con­duct gen­er­al main­te­nance work on the Cougar Mine Resis­tant Ambush Pro­tect­ed vehi­cle fleet sup­port­ing Oper­a­tion Endur­ing Free­dom. Work will be per­formed in the the­ater of oper­a­tions through­out Afghanistan, and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Decem­ber 31, 2012. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Marine Corps Sys­tems Com­mand, Quan­ti­co, Va., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Bell-Boe­ing Joint Project Office, Amar­il­lo Texas, is being award­ed $37,582,267 for deliv­ery order 0015 under pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost- plus-fixed-fee con­tract (N00383-10-D-003N) for the repair of var­i­ous com­po­nents for the V‑22 air­craft. Work will be per­formed in Roanoke, Texas, and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Dec. 30, 2013. The Navy Work­ing Cap­i­tal Funds being used will not expire before the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. NAVSUP Weapon Sys­tems Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Raytheon Inte­grat­ed Defense Sys­tems, Portsmouth, R.I., is being award­ed a $10,441,880 firm-fixed-price deliv­ery order against a pre­vi­ous­ly issued basic order­ing agree­ment (N00019-08-G-0013) for non-recur­ring engi­neer­ing, high­ly accel­er­at­ed life test, and inte­grat­ed logis­tics ser­vices required to com­plete Part II Engi­neer­ing Change Pro­pos­al (ECP) 6515-E-022 for the MH-60R heli­copter. ECP 6515-E-022 will inte­grate the Air­borne Low Fre­quen­cy Sonar Dig­i­tal Trans­duc­er Assem­bly into MH-60Rs. Work will be per­formed in Brest, France (64 per­cent), and Portsmouth, R.I. (36 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Octo­ber 2012. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

The Boe­ing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being award­ed an $8,093,981 firm-fixed-price mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly issued deliv­ery order placed against basic order­ing agree­ment (N00019-11-G-0001) to exer­cise an option for engi­neer­ing and main­te­nance sup­port for the inte­gra­tion test­ing of engi­neer­ing changes for the T‑45 air­craft. Work will be per­formed at the Naval Air Sta­tion, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in Decem­ber 2012. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Air Sys­tems Com­mand, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity.

DEFENSE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY

ENSCO, Inc., Falls Church, Va., is being award­ed a $70,251,671, cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract for con­trac­tor sup­port to main­tain a com­pre­hen­sive Bal­anced Sur­viv­abil­i­ty Assess­ment Blue Team Pro­gram for con­duct­ing assess­ments on crit­i­cal national/theater mis­sion sys­tems, net­works, archi­tec­tures, infra­struc­tures, and assets as request­ed by the Depart­ment of Defense and fed­er­al agen­cies. The loca­tion of per­for­mance is Fort Belvoir, Va., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Sept. 18, 2016. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly solicit­ed through the Inter­net, and two pro­pos­als were received. The Defense Threat Reduc­tion Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (HDTRA1-12-C-0019).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Care­stream Health, Inc., Rochester, N.Y., was issued a mod­i­fi­ca­tion exer­cis­ing the third option year on con­tract SPM2D1-09-D-8308/P00017. The award is a fixed-price with eco­nom­ic price adjust­ment con­tract with a max­i­mum $63,159,127 for imag­ing sys­tems, sub­sys­tems, and com­po­nents. There are no oth­er loca­tions of per­for­mance. Using ser­vices are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and fed­er­al civil­ian agen­cies. There were 43 respons­es to the Web solic­i­ta­tion. Type of appro­pri­a­tion is fis­cal 2012/2013 Defense Work­ing Cap­i­tal Funds. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Dec. 15, 2012. The Defense Logis­tics Agency Troop Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activity.
