Lock­heed Mar­tin Inte­grat­ed Sys­tems, Bethes­da, Md., is being award­ed a $21,910,155 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-06-C-6272) for sys­tems engi­neer­ing and inte­gra­tion in sup­port of Com­bat Sys­tem War­fare Fed­er­at­ed Tac­ti­cal Sys­tems. SWFTS is com­prised of all sub­ma­rine com­bat sys­tem sub­sys­tems, main­ly Con­sul­ta­tion, Com­mand, Con­trol, Com­mu­ni­ca­tions, Com­put­ers, and Intel­li­gence. This effort pro­vides for the over­all archi­tec­ture inte­gra­tion of the sub­sys­tems to achieve a sin­gle total com­bat sys­tem for naval bat­tle­group inter­con­nec­tiv­i­ty. Work will be per­formed in Man­as­sas, Va. (44 per­cent); Mid­dle­town, R.I. (12 per­cent); San Anto­nio, Texas (8 per­cent); Gro­ton, Conn. (7 per­cent); New­port, R.I. MarineTec*, a joint ven­ture between Marine Hydraulics Inter­na­tion­al, Inc., and Tec­ni­co Corp., Nor­folk, Va., is being award­ed a $9,953,270 cost-plus-incen­tive-fee con­tract for USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) phased main­te­nance avail­abil­i­ty (PMA). Work includes the PMA for mis­cel­la­neous struc­tur­al, mechan­i­cal, and elec­tri­cal repairs and unsched­uled avail­abil­i­ties. Work will be per­formed in Nor­folk, Va., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Sep­tem­ber 2012. Con­tract funds in the amount of $9,953,270 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Raytheon Sys­tems, Sud­bury, Mass., is being award­ed $7,700,000 for firm-fixed-price deliv­ery order 0017 under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed per­for­mance based logis­tics con­tract (N00104-07-D-ZD51) for AEGIS bal­lis­tic mis­sile defense pack-up kit items. Work will be per­formed at Sud­bury, Mass., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by July 2014. The applic­a­ble Navy Work­ing Cap­i­tal Funds will not expire by the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This effort was not com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured. The NAVSUP Weapon Sys­tems Sup­port, Mechan­ics­burg, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (N00104-07-D-ZD51).

Lock­heed Mar­tin Mis­sion Sys­tems and Sen­sors, Moorestown, N.J., is being award­ed a $7,440,473 cost-plus-incen­tive-fee mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-10-C-5124) for tech­ni­cal engi­neer­ing and relat­ed oper­a­tion and main­te­nance of Navy AEGIS sites in New Jer­sey in sup­port of AEGIS For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales cas­es JA-P-FNC (Japan) and SP-P-LGB (Spain), and U.S. Navy AEGIS sup­port efforts. This con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion will pro­vide con­tin­u­ing tech­ni­cal engi­neer­ing, logis­tics, con­fig­u­ra­tion man­age­ment, qual­i­ty assur­ance, oper­a­tion and main­te­nance for AEGIS pro­gram sup­port sites locat­ed in New Jer­sey. DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY

Mil­i­tary Pro­duce Group, L.L.C., Nor­folk, Va., is being award­ed an indef­i­nite-deliv­ery, require­ments-type con­tract on April 13, 2012, to pro­vide fresh fruits and veg­eta­bles (FF&V) for resale at 34 com­mis­sary store loca­tions in the Defense Com­mis­sary Agency’s Cen­tral Area, con­sid­ered Area 5. The esti­mat­ed award amount is $49,427,615. Con­trac­tor will deliv­er FF&V to the store loca­tions as need­ed. The con­tract is for a two-year base peri­od begin­ning May 13, 2012, through April 30, 2014. Three one-year option peri­ods are avail­able. Raytheon Tech­ni­cal Ser­vices Co., L.L.C., Dulles, Va., is being award­ed a $9,986,291 require­ments bridge con­tract for CTR Inte­grat­ing Ser­vices for the Defense Threat Reduc­tion Agency in sup­port of Oper­a­tions Enter­prise and Plans Enter­prise Con­tracts Divi­sion J42(BE-BCO). A sole-source solic­i­ta­tion was issued for a bridge con­tract pend­ing cul­mi­na­tion of the ongo­ing process for a full and open com­pet­i­tive award.
